This is the sound of a La Sallian heart beat.

You will never fail to think of La Salle when you feel the floor start to vibrate from the intensity of the drumming. It is such an honor to play with the drums going on during the whole game. It’s hard to describe what it feels like to play with the drums, but it feels like an adrenaline rush that keeps you calm but pushes you at the same time. You can’t help but feel at home when the drummer starts drumming this beat.

I teared up. I realized that for the longest of time, I won’t be able to hear this ever again. I won’t step on the court anymore with this in my background. No more pep rallies, no more team, no more adrenaline rushing, gosh I feel so sad right now. I’ll wear green on UAAP season/s and I will definitely cheer for DLSZ. Okay, maybe I’ll bring a yellow shirt. Okay, never mind, white shirt it is!
